Cardio Dance

In this fun class, you will dance your “body off” with African dances, Hip hop, Rock, Twist, salsa, Rumba, Merengue, French, bachata, Rumba, jazz, Socca, reaggaton, Dance Halls, etc. …any dance that will make you more than happy to learn and enjoy! During this class you will challenge your cardio, strength and flexibility.

Zumba

Zumba classes are typically about an hour long and are taught by instructors licensed by Zumba Fitness. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, axé music and tango

Cardio Dance and Core

In this class we will have the workout out of a Cardio dance and we will also have the opportunity to strengthen your core. We will most likely have 15 minutes dedicated to our core.

Gentle Fitness

A gentle class that strengthen and conditioning the body by alternating cardiovascular and strength training exercises.



Bootcamp

Rahmi Fitness is an intense type of group physical training program conducted by group Fitness Instructor and personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.



Cardio and TRX

30 Minutes of cardio dance and 30 min with the TRX

Pilates

In this class, we will work on our breathing, concentration, control, centering, flow, postural Alignment, precision, relaxation and stamina

Kettle Bell

Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work. Kettlebell exercises are in their nature holistic; therefore they work several muscles simultaneously and may be repeated continuously for several minutes or with short breaks. This combination makes the exercise partially aerobic and more similar to high-intensity interval training rather than to traditional weight lifting.

Belly Dance

Challenge your core and build the belly that you dream off!!!! Belly dance is primarily a torso-driven dance, with an emphasis on articulations of the hips.[2] Unlike many Western dance forms, the focus of the dance is on isolations of the torso muscles, rather than on movements of the limbs through space. Although some of these isolations appear similar to the isolations used in jazz ballet, they are sometimes driven differently and have a different feeling or emphasis.

Cardio Dance Light

A beginner’s dance class, perfect for those who would love to dance, but don’t know how to begin. Learn to Dance is a great way of learning the basic techniques of Salsa, Mambo, Rumba, Chacha, African dances, etc.



Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a program designed for the needs of the elderly. Gold is as fun as our regular Zumba program!




Cardio dance and Strength

This class combine Dances and weight workout. We will challenge our cardio, have fun dancing and tone our upper body, lower body and core muscle.

Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of Yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga and Rāja yoga.

Trx class and Bootcamp

The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance eXercise, refers to a specialized form of suspension training. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Tai Chi

T'ai chi ch'uan theory and practice evolved in agreement with many Chinese philosophical principles, including those of Taoism and Confucianism. Tai is gentle and T'ai chi ch'uan training involves five elements, taolu (solo hand and weapons routines/forms), neigong & qigong (breathing, movement and awareness exercises and meditation), tuishou (response drills) and sanshou (self defence techniques). While t'ai chi ch'uan is typified by some for its slow movements, many t'ai chi styles (including the three most popular – Yang, Wu, and Chen) – have secondary forms with faster pace. Some traditional schools of t'ai chi teach partner exercises known as tuishou ("pushing hands"), and martial applications of the taolu's (forms') postures.

Hip-hop dance refers is street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music . It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States.
